These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Aiscrib.com Website's Lifetime Plan ("Lifetime Plan" or "Service"). By subscribing to the Lifetime Plan, you ("User" or "Subscriber") agree to abide by these Terms. The Lifetime Plan provides access to an AI-powered writing service that allows Subscribers to generate up to 30,000 words per month. Fair Usage Policy ("FUP") applies to ensure equitable access and optimal service quality. Please read these Terms carefully before subscribing to the Lifetime Plan.
Subscription:
1.1. To subscribe to the Lifetime Plan, the User must provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
1.2. The Subscriber is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account login credentials and for any activities or actions performed using their account.
Service Usage:
2.1. The Lifetime Plan grants the Subscriber the right to access and use the AI-powered writing service provided by the Aiscrib.com Website.
2.2. The Subscriber may generate up to 30,000 words per month using Aiscrib.com.
2.3. The words generated using the Aiscrib.com are intended for personal and non-commercial use only.
Fair Usage Policy (FUP):
3.1. The Fair Usage Policy (FUP) applies to prevent abuse, misuse, or excessive consumption of system resources by any individual Subscriber.
3.2. Aiscrib reserves the right to monitor usage patterns and may enforce limitations or restrictions if a Subscriber is found to violate the FUP.
3.3. Aiscrib reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Subscriber's account in case of FUP violations or suspicious activities.
Availability and Support:
4.1. Aiscrib aims to provide uninterrupted access to the Lifetime Plan but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
4.2. Aiscrib reserves the right to perform periodic maintenance, updates, or upgrades that may result in temporary service interruptions.
4.3. Support for the Lifetime Plan will be provided through Aiscrib.com's designated channels during regular business hours.
Payment and Refunds:
5.1. The Lifetime Plan requires the payment of a one-time fee, as specified on Aiscrib.com.
5.2. The payment for the Lifetime Plan is non-refundable, except as required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination:
9.1. The Subscriber may terminate their subscription to the Lifetime Plan by providing written notice to Aiscrib.com. Termination will be effective upon receipt of the notice by Aiscrib.com.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aiscrib.com operates.
